Our 2019 photo competition with the theme of “Enjoying the Somerset Countryside” certainly sparked your imaginations. Many thanks to everyone who entered - your photos gave us a delightful insight into the different ways we all enjoy our beautiful county and just how much our Somerset countryside means to us.

 

Our judges had a difficult job but they chose a clear winner - Glastonbury Tor Silhouettes by Jonathan Bull and we were really pleased to present Jonathan with his £100 prize in person at our AGM on 18th October in Chard. 

 

We will be using our favourite entries in our newsletters, on our social media and throughout our new website which is due to launch early in 2020 so look out for them - and we plan to run another competition next year.
